For every customer invited by an affiliate, for every purchase this customer made in the following 30 days, the affiliate is going to get a certain rate of commission.

There are 3 different levels of commission rate:

Basic:
Condition: None
Commission Rate: 15%

Premium:
Condition: Sale Amount > 1,000USD
Commission Rate: 20%

Basic:
Condition: Sale Amount > 10,000USD
Commission Rate: 25%
